Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

Grade Group Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. We recognize our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. This statement outlines the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure that modern slavery is not occurring in our business or supply chains.

Our Business

At Grade, our mission is to deliver life changing  digital solutions for neurodiverse, mental health and intellectual disability populations, designed and developed by teams with expert knowledge and lived life experience. Currently we operate within the United Kingdom.

Our Commitment

Grade Group Limited is dedicated to maintaining a workplace and supply chain that is free from slavery and human trafficking. We adhere to the principles of respect, fairness, and equality and strive to ensure these values are reflected in every aspect of our operations.

Our Supply Chains

We recognize that our supply chains are one of the areas where there is a risk of modern slavery. We have taken the following steps to mitigate these risks:

  • Supplier Due Diligence: We conduct thorough due diligence on all new suppliers and require them to confirm that they adhere to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Risk Assessment: We regularly assess the risks of modern slavery in our supply chains, focusing on high-risk areas based on geography, industry, and the nature of the products or services provided.
  • Supplier Audits: We perform audits on suppliers, particularly those in high-risk areas, to ensure compliance with our ethical standards.

Policies and Training

We have implemented the following policies and training programs to support our commitment:

  • Anti-Slavery Policy: Our Anti-Slavery Policy outlines our stance against modern slavery and the expectations we have of our employees, suppliers, and partners.
  • Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage our employees and third parties to report any concerns related to modern slavery and human trafficking through our whistleblowing channels.
  • Training: We provide regular training to our employees and suppliers to help them understand the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report it.

Monitoring and Review

We continually monitor the effectiveness of our efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement will be reviewed annually, and any necessary updates will be made to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
